Glenn, the founder of Taylor & Company, graduated from high school in Valleyview, Alberta and spent several years in the work force before pursuing his post-secondary education. Besides practicing law, Glenn has worked as a carpenter in the construction industry and as a millwright in the oilfield.
Glenn began studying political science at Grande Prairie Regional College before he transferred to the University of Calgary, where he completed his undergraduate degree in 1997. He then proceeded immediately to law school at the University of Alberta, where he earned his law degree in 2000. Glenn credits his work ethic to his non-law work experience.
In June 2001, Glenn was called to the bar in Alberta. The following year, Glenn returned to the Grande Prairie area, where he has practiced law ever since. Glenn specializes in family and matrimonial disputes and has significant trial and appellate experience in these areas. He also has experience in civil litigation and has an active commercial traffic practice. He has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and before administrative tribunals. Glenn thrives in a challenging and competitive environment and prides himself on never refusing a file on the basis that it is contentious.
Glenn’s personal interests include poker, golf, and cinema. He also attends the occasional rock concert. Putting his carpentry experience to use, Glenn has personally renovated almost the entire Taylor & Company office. When he is not renovating his home or the office, Glenn also enjoys spending time with Rylie and their four children.
